 About the role

Our expanding team needs a Project Director to lead the business to success and growth. This role will work closely with an established team of experienced and professional Project Managers. This is a key leadership position requiring someone with passion and energy to take part in the business and be an integral part of our growth plan.


Reporting to the Operations  Manager, the role will focus on:

  • Building and leading a portfolio of government projects
  • Developing, mentoring, and supporting a great team
  • Business development and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Shaping and leading projects from inception


 About you 


Demonstrating extensive experience at the Project Director level you will have excellent business development acumen and leadership skills. You will be tertiary qualified and preferably with post-graduate qualifications. Your previous experience in client side project management will provide the basis for your success. Along with a broad range of experience in sectors such as government will allow you to grow and develop in the role.


Your ability to provide clear direction, coaching and mentoring to employees will be critical to your success. Additionally seeing the big picture whilst maintaining a grounded and level headed approach to project leadership is one of your assets.
