About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will focus on:
- Building and leading a portfolio of government projects
- Developing, mentoring, and supporting a great team
- Business building
- Leading construction and refurbishment projects from inception
You're well networked into different levels of New Zealand government and confident to build business with your connections. You have demonstred extensive experience at the Project Director level you will have excellent business development acumen and leadership skills.
You will be tertiary qualified and preferably with post-graduate qualifications. Your previous experience in client side project management will provide the basis for your success along with a broad range of experience in sectors such as government. Your ability to provide clear direction, coaching and mentoring will be critical to your success.
