Coffey International Development is one of the selected providers for European Commission Framework Contracts. Via individual assignments defined and contracted through Specific Contracts we provide expertise which can be mobilised at short notice for countries benefiting from the Commission’s external aid programmes. We support and advise along the entire cycle of operations (from design to implementation and evaluation of EU interventions).
Coffey would like to invite candidates to apply for a pool of consultants potentially available to mobilise for assignments in the following technical areas:
- Sustainable management of natural resources and resilience,
- Infrastructure, sustainable growth and jobs,
- Human Rights, Democracy and Peace,
- Human Development and safety net,
- Budget Support, and
- Innovative financing for Development.
To demonstrate our competitive advantage Coffey International Development draws primarily on its pool of thousands of associates to ensure that every bid specifically addresses our Client’s real requirements and guarantees the delivery of best VfM. Successful candidates will be contacted when suitable assignments arise.
Consultants will have at least 3 years of experience in technical areas as above, evidence of similar work and geographic experience. In most cases, consultants will also need to provide evidence of education to at least Master’s Degree level. Equivalent professional experience may also be accepted, which will be defined in each framework assignment’s specific Terms of Reference.
Experience working on EC-funded assignments will be an advantage.
