About the role

Not sure if you want to specialise or generalise in your HR career? This unique role will provide you with the platform to choose either within our HR shared services team. 

Our HR shared services team is a fast paced and dynamic environment. We deliver a wide range of HR support to a large internal customer base across ANZ.  

Under the direction and guidance of the HR Services Manager you’ll deliver effective process related HR tasks across the employee life-cycle for the wider HR team and our managers.

The role is guaranteed to keep you busy, challenged and in demand. And, you’ll be developing your HR skills through exposure to multiple HR practices, processes and policies. 

A typical day includes:

  • Exposure to recruitment
  • Letter and employment agreement generation
  • Monitoring HR policies, processes and compliance
  • General administration duties
  • First level support for queries
  • Producing analytical reports for the business
  • Creating and maintenance employee files
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Working on projects and improvement initiatives

About you

You’ll have experience working in a shared services team and have professional customer service skills with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine interest in process and efficiency improvements. 

Experience in HR administration and recruitment is an advantage as is your good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. You will have completed or are working towards a Bachelor Degree in Business or Human Resources.

Your strong team focus, high level of initiative, excellent communication and your ability to commit to delivery and providing outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment will ensure your success in this role.
