About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic field / project geotechnical engineer to work on diverse projects while developing their skills.
You will work as part of a close-knit team, planning and undertaking both office and field work. Working with an energetic and focused team, a typical day includes:
- A mixture of field and office work
- Contributing to field investigations
- Reporting on geotechnical projects
- Involvement in major infrastructure, residential, commercial and land development projects

Beyond your qualifications in civil and geotechnical engineering, we’ll develop your skills in engaging with clients, contributing to winning proposals and delivering projects.
You’ll need 3+ years experience in supervising various types of geotechnical field investigations, have analytical and report writing as well as good communication skills, confidence in interacting with clients, and a genuine desire to build a career in consulting.
Pavement design experience is highly desirable.
You must have a full Australian driver’s licence.
You must also have permanent work rights in Australia.
