Electrical Designer/Drafter, Sydney

We are bringing together national and international engineering experience for the design and construction of a national level hydro electrical project. This project is based in NSW, it will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.
About the role
Immediate start. Based in our Sydney office, this role will report to the Principal Electrical Engineer.
Our Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering team performs management, detailed design, technical support and commissioning roles to complete brownfields projects for clients.
You’ll be focused on preparing technical drawings, plans and designs for electrical installations drawings including electrical schematics, layouts, details, 3D modelling and design schedules.
You will join our team on a full-time contract basis.
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the design of electrical infrastructure and you will be familiar with the electricity supply industry, electricity transmission and distribution practices.
Critical to your success is:
Electrical design experience using Raceway and Microstation. Revit experience would also be well regarded.
Previous experience working to Australian design standards.
An ability to prioritise tasks and work to meet multiple deadlines
